The new Porsche 911, not that I can afford one mind you.
But if the ladies can drool, why can't we?

Apparently it's faster, quieter, larger on the inside, and will
be able to pass more stringent emissions requirements. Some one said
though that "this car will probably piss off some purists".
Liquid metail in motion, that's what I'd call it. Drool!

Josh Gordon commented that it looks like a Miata and a 911
got jammed together in a trash compactor. AUTOMOBILE says
it's better than the old 911 in all respects.

The 911 hasn't been a 911 for the past nine years or so, when the original Carrera 4 came out. They changed 85% of the design then, and have redesigned the car twice since.
Porsche is being dishonest by not changing the model designation of this car.
Neither this car, nor the one it replaced, nor the one that one replaced is a 911.
